# 3.2.1. 學生物品損失之代償辦法

1. 本辦法適用範圍：全人中學學生於學期中，物品及金錢遭受他人破壞或偷竊，經提告、主席團調查結案而無法確認破壞者或偷竊者時，應適用本辦法。惟下列情況不適用之：
   1. 寢具或其他民生必需用品遭受破壞時，視情況輕重由學校給予之。
   2. 學生物品並非遭受他人破壞，而是其他原因。
   3. 司法小組另有其他判決。
   4. 全部學生之申請總額已超過學校該學期提撥之代償預算。
2. 辦法內容：
   1. 代償步驟：學生向財務和資源管理委員會提出申請，經財務和資源管理委員會確認申請者的物品保管義務與損失事實後，代償小組填表申報損失金額，經行政主任審核同意後代償。代償後，若自治會申訴機制查出破壞者，則由破壞者歸還同樣之金額給學校。
   2. 如學生遺失錢財，則代償申報之50%，如學生遺失物品，則也代償申報之50%，惟若申報顯然不合理，將退件請學生重新申請。
   3. 每名學生每學期累計代償金額上限為2000元。
   4. (4) 和解條件或司法小組之判決要求同學A要賠償同學B 時，同學B可利用學校代償機制先獲得理賠；同學A必須要還 給學校錢，同時學校得開收費單請同學A支付。
