# 3.1. 校規

## 壹、校規說明（校規之制定：由校務會議制定）

校規內容：

1. 創辦人之堅持  
2. 法律  
3. 嚴重影響安全、教學、財務及基本人權之事項

## 貳、校規內容

1. 天條
   1. 不可使用暴力 
   2. 不可發生性行為 (禁合宿)
2. 現行條文
   1. 校園禁止吸菸 (含放假日及校外課程) 。
   2. 校園不得飲酒 (含放假日及校外課程)，節慶或特定課程，經自治會通過得專案核准。 
   3. 不可偷竊。
   4. 不可公器私用，毀損或破壞他人或公共物品。
   5. 不可無照駕駛。滿十八歲領有駕照得填具切結書提出申請。
   6. 其它本國法律禁止事項。
3. 校園晚上11點～中午12點不可玩電動及網路遊戲。電動玩具之認定，由電玩委員會認定之。---2018/05/01自治會通過修訂
4. 影響安全
5. 特例相關規範: 自治會成員可向自治會申請特例(不受本校校規某條例的規範)，經由自治會共識決(即無人反對)同意後生效。---2016/12/13自治會通過新增

### 參、請假規定

* 一大週得請假三次﹔如無特殊理由，值星不得不准假。
* 准假時間(星期四除外)不得超過20:00﹔星期四不得超過22:00。(家長或教師陪同除外)。返校時須向值星報備。
* 請假地點以卓蘭鎮為限。(家長或教師陪同除外)
* 放假日(星期四)於13:00起放假。放假日提早離校者必須由家長向值星請假。
* 收假日收假時間為22:00，請假須請家長向值星請假。晚歸者必須知會值星，違者加重處罰。

### 肆、晚點名規定

* 晚點名時間為每天晚上22:30﹔學生必須留在宿舍內，或是請其他學生代為請假。如無特殊理由，值星不得不准假。

### 伍、放假日留校規定

* 因為缺乏人力管理，學生於放假期間請儘量勿留校，留校者需自負安危。
* 另有「全人中學學生假日留宿申請家長同意書、承諾書」。

### 陸、正義旗手

* 每次自治會抽出一人，該人可制定一條校規。
* 下次自治會將會決定是否該校規繼續生效。
* 正義旗手不得提出有關「額外增加經費或挪用經費」的法案。
* 如有人認為正義旗手的規定有針對特定族群的疑慮向主席團提出，主席團將認定該案是否針對特定族群，並且將決定是否暫緩執行，將在自治會上決定是否有疑慮。
* 正義提案：在每次自治會之前把提案交給主席團，自治會上公布所有提案，若有人對其中的任何提案有異議，就進入表決(多數決)，沒有通過的提案就剃除，剩餘的提案將進入抽籤，提案將延續一大週，並在下次自治會表決是否繼續執行。
